Cedar Farm Galleries

Cedar Farm is in the peaceful village of Mawdesley, not far from the surrounding towns of Ormskirk and Chorley. The Gallery, established in 1987, is housed within a sympathetically restored barn which provides an ideal setting for a wide selection of contemporary crafts ranging from ceramics and glass to wool, textiles, jewellery and cards.

The studios provide space for some of the best professional British designers, artists and makers to create their beautiful handmade products on the premises, many of which are then sold nationally and internationally. By buying directly from the studios, customers can benefit from a much wider selection of locally produced British art, design and craftwork.

With changing and varied exhibitions in the foyer, and freshly roasted coffee, you are free to browse and enjoy unique handmade, jewellery, blown glass, pottery, bespoke leather bags, hand-painted silk, machine embroidery, Christening gowns and baby wear. There is also a specialist photographer in residence.
