Home / Quernmore
Quernmore is about three miles east of Lancaster itself. The village is located very closely to the beautiful Trough of Bowland. The tasteful village consists of a small number of residential properties nestled in the bottom of a small valley. A methodist chapel represents the heart of the community. The Church was rebuilt in 1861, and is decorated in English style with a tower. In addition to this, the charming village boasts a Quakers' Chapel and National School.
