Trough of Bowland road closed to October 19

Trough of Bowland road closure

Road users should be aware that the road through the Trough of Bowland, linking Dunsop Bridge with Lancaster, is closed between Monday 6th October and Sunday 19th October inclusive.

The closure takes effect from above Sykes Farm heading towards Lancaster to and including Wyresdale. The closure has been put in place by Lancashire County Council who are replacing an old cattle grid.
