Blackpool Illuminations Best Ever Yet!

The Blackpool Illuminations switch on took place on Friday 29th August.

The Top Gear team entertained the 20,000 switch on crowd with the famous 'Stig' pulling the lever to power up the world famous Illuminations.

Not only where the crowd joined by the Top Gear Team to mark the special evening but they where treated to a sparkling musical line up including solo singer David Jordan and the famous Scouting for Girls. These top musical performances where concluded with a performance from reunited Irish band Boyzone.

The weather held out for the occassion making it one of the most successful Switch Ons ever!
