23-24 February -Invisible Paint, Burnley

Launch weekend for the Channel 4 Big Art Project.

March - Thrill weekends at Pleasure Beach, Blackpool

July - Arts in the Park, Blackburn

A fantastic free summer festival featuring top
chart busting bands, classical music and a firework
spectacular.

July - Burnley Balloon Festival

A weekend treat of fun and excitement awaits when
the annual festival gets underway at Towneley Park.

2 September - Dragon Boat Festival,Lytham St Annes

Spectacular dragon boats carry between 14-18
paddlers plus a drummer and race across a 200m
stretch of water.
