Lancashire converted from old farm buildings on Banners Farm N W Lancashire Knotts Hey Cottages are comfortable, spacious, high standard conversions with all modern amenities and ample parking, a perfect base from which you can explore the local area renowned for the stunning beautiful of it's hills, rivers and canals.

Over looking the surrounding farmland guests can enjoy the woodland walk, birdwatching and fishing on the Brock River, which runs through the farm.

Just two miles away is the nearest village of Bilsborrow where ther are excellent pubs and restaurants. Barton Grange Garden Centre is ut a few minutes drive away and a host of attractions and activities are found nearby.

We are just fifteen miles from Blackpool and the Fylde coast, and within easy access of the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland, the location and ideal base for walking, cycling or touring the region by car.

We are open all year.

Road Directions

Leave M6 motorway at junction 32 / M55 keep left take the first exit off M55 signed Garstang A6 Follow Garstang A6 (North) for 5.5 miles. Turn left into Stanzaker Hall Drive shortly after Barton Grange Garden Centre.
