Take a stroll along Morecambe Promenade and sample the famous potted shrimps

Spend the afternoon in Morecambe visiting Eric Morecambe's statue and the Stone Jetty with its impressive TERN Project

Spend a leisurely morning at Fleetwood Museum learning about Lancashire's fishing industry

2pm
Travel south along the coast to picturesque Lytham St Annes for a picnic by Lytham Windmill

3pm
Enjoy a nautical afternoon at the local Lifeboat Museum and RNLI Lifeboat Station

Visit WWT Martin Mere near Ormskirk, home to over 100 species of rare and endangered ducks, geese, swans and famingoes

12.30pm
Take lunch in Blackpool at the Solaris Centre before spending the afternoon enjoying the Great Promenade Show
