Jack & The Beanstalk

Join Darwen Library Theatre and PMA Productions Ltd as they present their fun-filled family show for Christmas 2018 – Jack and the Beanstalk, a fairy tale story to send the imagination wild, from 9th -24th December 2018.

Sent to market to sell the family's cow (Daisy), Jack instead buys magic beans and then has to return home to face his angry mother.
Overnight of course, the beans grow into a giant beanstalk and our story follows Jack up the Beanstalk with his mum, brother Billy and Daisy the cow.  Together they battle The Fee-Fi-Fying Giant and his evil sidekick Fleschcreep to rescue the heart of Princess Jill.

A funny, musical traditional pantomime for all the family.
