Chester Running Tours will provide you with an innovative, informative and social running experience; one that not only stretches your legs, but also shows you the many historic sites and landmarks the city has to offer.

The running tour is a great way to enjoy your favourite exercise and is designed to let you explore the city while not having to worry about getting lost. You’ll be in the company of like-minded runners and led by an experienced running guide who has expert local knowledge of Chester.

And with regular stops en route, we guarantee that no questions will go unanswered.Chester Running Tours currently provide 3 running experiences across the historic City of Chester.

The 5k run, the Walls Experience and the 10k run: The Deva Challenge which take in many of the cities Roman ruins and historic landmarks.

There is also a Bespoke Run allowing you to set the targets, whether you want to explore the city at a much greater distance or take in the local trails across Cheshire.

For those preferring a more gentle option, there are guided walks offering a unique food and cultural experience to participants. These guided tours provide a relaxed and memorable food tasting experience through historic Chester, seeking out and sharing the best food and culture Chester has to offer.

Taste of Chester - Walking Tour - 4 hours
Visitors to try many different culinary delights, guaranteed to get their taste buds tingling – A 4 hours guided food tour with 7 food/drink stops (local independents) and hosted by a passionate & experienced local guide who will share fascinating insight into the history of Chester.

Taste of Chester – Sweet Treats - 3  hours
This 3 hours guided walking food tour is ideal for anyone who has a sweet tooth and includes 6 food/drink stops (local independents) where you will be introduced to a variety of amazing sweet foods and flavours.
