The Hinds Head is also a great place for lunch or dinner. Executive Chef Kevin Bath a graduate from Paul Heathcotes School of Excellence has developed an extensive menu featuring produce by local butcher McRobb and other Lancashire suppliers where possible.
Lunchtime and smaller portion dishes available include sea bass with creamy mashed potato and parsley sauce; slow cooked beef and onion pie; scampi basket plus many more tasty dishes.
Evening dishes available include rump of lamb with pea mint mash and rosemary and thyme jus; fillet, ribeye and sirloin steaks and stuffed chicken.
Children are also catered for and have a separate children's menu.
Available from the bar are three largers, three hand pulled beers, ciders, Guinness, a large selection of fine malts and whiskeys as well as an extensive wine menu.
