A 17th century non smoking bed and breakfast guest house set in the village of Worsthorne on the outskirts of Burnley and near to many attractions such as The Woodland Spa, Burnley Mechanics Theatre, Towneley Hall Art Gallery.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside it has all the amenities you need for a quirky stay and it is only a short drive from Burnley, Pendle, the Ribble Valley, West Yorkshire and the motorway. There are two lovely village pubs serving a variety of guest ales and bar snacks, tea rooms and a grocery nearby.

They are a popular place to stay for corporate and leisure travellers being located on the outskirts of Burnley, Pendle, Ribble Valley with easy access to the M65. Business rates are avilable on request.

There is a lovely oak beamed communal lounge with a well stocked bookcase, large TV and seating for eight/ten people. 5 rooms are available over 3 floors all of which are tastefully decorated with soft cushioned floors, the latest pocket sprung mattresses, en-suite with shower, large LCD TV with freeview digital channels, tea/coffee making facilities, free wifi, hairdryer, ample luggage storage and central heating. Plenty of on street car parking is available close by.

Breakfast is served in the adjoining tea room using locally sourced produce.
