This unassuming cottage is set back from the main street with a sunny gravel garden, planted with box topiary. On entering this stylish self catering accommodation, you will appreciate the light and airy feel to the downstairs room which has living, dining and kitchen areas.
The skilful conversion of this property provides a perfect place to unwind and relax in contemporary light surroundings. Attention to detail, with many hand-crafted features, will make your stay feel special. To the rear of the cottage is a garden for guests, with unusual planting and creative elements and a selection of tables and chairs.
There is a beautiful wood burning stove nestling in the original inglenook, with a supply of logs for your stay. A DAB radio and CD player with a selection of discs, Wi Fi, Bluetooth and Spotify are also available in the cottage.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. All the crockery, glasses, cutlery, table linen, saucepans and much more are provided for our guests to prepare a meal. On arrival you will find a welcome home bake and wine to get your break off to a great start!
Upstairs are 2 colourful and stylish bedrooms, each with ensuite shower, toilet and wash basin.
Aside from the stunning local walks they are close to popular locations such as Arnside, Silverdale, the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the Trough of Bowland. Popular visitor attractions include Leighton Moss Nature Reserve, Levens Hall with its Topiary Gardens and Sizergh Castle. Local shops and supermarkets are just a mile away and there are village pubs serving locally sourced produce within a 3 mile radius.
