Great golf packages
Golfing holidays have never been so good and here in the North West just south of Blackpool lays one of the most famous pieces of golfing coastline in the world and, every year, thousands of players take a golf break here to test their golfing skills.

The area of Lytham St Annes boasts four of the best golf courses in Lancashire within a four mile radius of the Edwardian town of St Annes on Sea with its many restaurants, pubs and café bars. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre making this the perfect place to stay on your golf break.

St Annes Old Links is regularly voted one of the top 100 courses in the country and is often used for major amateur events as well as Final Open qualifying, a role that it filled in 2012 when the Open came back to the North West and was staged at Royal Lytham Golf Course. St Annes Old Links is a championship true seaside links course summer and winter that welcomes the opportunity to share 6941 yards with golfers from around the world.

Fairhaven, again regularly makes the top 100 every year and is famous for its revetted bunkers of which there are 128 just waiting to welcome you in. The Fairhaven Trophy is an annual early season event which attracts many european visitors to the North West every year in an attempt to conquer this course and lift that fabulous trophy. This beautiful semi-links course takes its emblem from the friendly pheasants you will find strutting around the course. Peace and tranquility assured, not a road or house can be seen from the course.

Lytham Green Drive is the fully parkland option of these four quality courses around Lytham and St Annes. An extremely good test of golf whilst remaining picturesque with its wildlife, ponds and tree lined fairways. There are two large practice areas and the second hole was extended and a new third hole added in 2004.

All these courses and the café culture make Lytham St Annes in the North West the best place in England to bring your golf society or group on a golf tour.
