They have a stunning Orangery dining room, with fine views across the Irwell valley to Holcombe and 5 stunning boutique bedrooms, so you can enjoy a stay for business or pleasure!

Focussing on sustainability and use of traditional local recipes with a twist, they develop a contemporary and seasonal food offer so that you can experience the best in Lancashire pub grub and hospitality!
They offer first class accommodation – 5 lovely boutique bedrooms designed with British owls in mind and complete with bespoke artwork by Fran Giffard. Forget the tired local ‘corporate’ hotel offer and enjoy their exceptional quality and hospitality, with added extras to help you relax and unwind.
All rooms are en-suite with wet rooms. They have 2 suites with baths, Juliette balconies and fine views over Ramsbottom across to Peel Tower and the Lancashire moors. The suites are Tawny Owl and Barn Owl. Eagle Owl is their dog-friendly room.

We are on the A56 Whalley Road, Shuttleworth just off the A56 Edenfield bypass and M66 motorway to Bury/Manchester.
Get to us on the East Lancashire Railway from Rawtenstall, Bury or Heywood. Disembark at Ramsbottom and we are a five minute walk up Peel Brow. Alternatively, there are buses to Ramsbottom every hour from Accrington and Blackburn via Rossendale.
