A warm welcome awaits visitors to the Forest of Bowland farmhouse with its comfortable en suite rooms designed for visitors or business people. Each double or twin-bed room has a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, plus FairTrade refreshment facilities including herbal and fruit teas, fresh milk, biscuits and chocolates.
The rooms have a mini cooler, DAB clock radio, hairdryer, magazines and wi-fi connection and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. A laundry and ironing service is available and also drying facilities.
The home cooked breakfast, with its extensive menu, is served in the breakfast room, looking onto the front garden. Cobden Farm B&B provides local Ribble Valley produce from local butchers and the free range eggs are usually from their own hens. Caters for vegetarians. Breakfast times are to suit you and packed lunches can be pre-ordered. Cobden Farm is a working, family farm in the Forest of Bowland, on the hillside overlooking Sabden valley but also close to all major road, rail and airports. The A59 and M65 / M66/ M6/ M55 are near. The Bed and Breakfast sign is opposite Lamb Row, on Whalley Road, Sabden (BB7 9DX). Located less than a mile – easy walking or driving distance - from Sabden village with its two public houses (the White Hart is winning praise for great food), Sabden Bowling Green, local shops and churches.
The area is wonderful for walking with many public footpaths, and just over the hill from the Pendle Ski Centre. There is fishing, golf and horse riding nearby. Clitheroe with its market; ancient castle keep and new £3.5m visitor centre and historic Whalley Abbey are less than five miles away.

Nearest railway stations are Whalley, Clitheroe and Burnley (three, five or eight miles away). Bus services from Sabden are direct to Burnley or to Whalley and to Clitheroe Interchange. The nearest bus stop is close to the junction of our farm road and Whalley Road, at Lamb Row (BB7 9DX).
