A light and lively venue by day, with a more intimate mood in the evenings, The Brasserie offers sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city from dawn until late.  Proud winners of OpenTable’s Diner’s Choice Award, and recently nominated in the Northern Design Awards, The Brasserie offers a very special dining experience. Bringing together the finest locally-sourced ingredients with the best of international cuisine, our chef has created mouth-watering menus that cater for all tastes. Mouth-watering Lancashire steak, glorious salads, Sunday Roasts, tasty vegetarian risottos and vegan specialities are lovingly prepared and beautifully presented.
