Large Kitchen

Roeburnscar has 2-5 bedrooms and sleeps between 2-9 people. This is a uniquely ground floor flexible cottage with great views of the river and Roeburndale woodlands.  A peaceful getaway ideal for family gatherings or a group of friends. Surrounded by ancient woodlands and hay meadows. 15 mins walk to pubs and tearooms in Wray.

The whole house consists of;
 A flat with double bed room, sitting room with a log fire and double doors opening onto patio with river view, kitchen and shower room.

The main house has a large sitting room with views over the river and a log fire and large doors opening onto a verandah. A large kitchen, dining room, utility room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 1 bedroom with kingsize double, 1 single bedroom.

There is a garden and access to explore the fields and woodlands.  Outside there is a laundry room, and 3 stables and a dog kennel.  You are welcome to bring your well behaved dog or horses.
