Lodge View Cottages

Lodge View Cottage has been converted from a disused barn it boasts  spectacular views and   is  situated on a working dairy farm  in Quernmore, Lancaster, a small picturesque village in the Forest of Bowland, which is a recognised area of outstanding natural beauty. The holiday cottage is sheltered on the East by Clougha Pike which overlooks the village of Quernmore and stretches over to Abbeystead, the home of the Duke of Westmister.

The cottage is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard, it offers 3 good sized bedrooms, a stone fireplace for guests who enjoy an open fire, an equipped patio area which allows guests to enjoy a drink outdoors while taking in the views.

Quernmore is an ideal base for many of the North West attractions. The City of Lancaster is less than four miles away and has many shops and an interesting history. Visit the Castle, the Priory, or one of the museums telling of the history of this spectacular City.

The University of Lancaster, is only a short drive from the cottages, making Lodge View the ideal place to stay for a short break while visiting children and friends at the University. There is so much to offer in this area, your visit will turn into a great holiday.
