In just four years, the festival has become a highlight of the regional culinary calendar, with over 150,000 people experiencing this colourful cultural carnival of great food and drink.
The 2010 festival promises a veritable feast of a programme, featuring 60 events spread deliciously across 600 miles of Pennine Lancashire's finest restaurants, countryside and cultural attractions.
