We are pleased to announce a music and community event at Oakhill Park on Sunday the 24th of July from 12pm till 7pm.

The event is free and open to age groups and families.

We are encouraging people to bring a picnic and the pupils from Accrington Academy have also made some food for the event.

There will be some marquees offering children’s activities such as face painting, henna art, nail painting and bracelet making.

There will also be several artists displaying local work and crafts.

Children’s rides will also be at the event and a variety of small sporting activities.

There will be a full afternoon of live music from the bandstand with local bands and musicians.

Brother Bastion and special guests (acoustic Blues) Accrington
Saba (Asian rap Vocalist) Accrington
