Lytham Festival is fast carving a reputation for bringing some of the freshest talent on the UK music scene to the Fylde Coast.
The Festival’s Stage Too at Victory Hall has a packed line-up of artists performing 1-7 August with a variety of upcoming acts alongside some more well-known names. Set in the relatively small surroundings of Victory Hall the gigs at Stage Too will have an intimate feel with the chance to get up close and personal with the artists.
Rock legend Bryan Adams and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds are the two headline acts for this year's Lytham Festival. There will also be performances from pop stars including The Village People, Bay City Rollers and Earth Wind & Fire and a host of West End stars will take to the stage over three nights at Lytham Festival 2016.
Kicking off the Stage Too action on Monday 1st August is R&B singer-songwriter Lemar. Triple MOBO and double award winner Lemar is no stranger to huge performances.
Tuesday 2nd sees former X-Factor hopeful and I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! runner up Jake Quickenden take to the stage.
Wednesday 3rd has Stage Too taking a more indie edge with Leigh four-piece The Lottery Winners on the bill.
Thursday 4 offers an R&B style for festival-goers with MOBO award winning MiC Lowry.
Friday 5 sees Blackburn-based singer-songwriter Nathan Grisdale bring his boy-next-door looks and pop sounds to Lytham.
Rounding off the week on Saturday 6 Room 94 give a distinctly rock flavour to proceedings. Citing their influences as Blink 182, The Weekend, All Time Low and Drake, this rock-pop outfit enjoy playing their music loud so are sure to keep Stage Too bouncing.
A host of other artists will also will also perform throughout the Festival’s fringe events across five stages throughout the week. There will also be special outdoor film screenings of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Labyrinth at Lytham Hall and the UK’s largest ever seaside cinema will showcase Star Wars: The Force Awakens at the Lytham Green Proms Arena.

The headline act for Thursday 4 August is Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. The Lytham Festival gig will mark the first time multi-award winning singer and songwriter Noel has played live on the Fylde Coast since October 1995 when his former band Oasis performed a now legendary show at Blackpool’s iconic Empress Ballroom on the very day the landmark album (What’s The Story) Morning Glory was released.
Friday August 5 is Mix Tape night with live music from 70’s disco giants The Village People and Earth, Wind and Fire, Scottish rockers Bay City Rollers, 90s popstars Liberty X, Toploader and 911 and 80s chart-toppers 5 Star.
Saturday night will see multi-platinum recording artist and Canadian rock giant Bryan Adams headline. Adams recently launched his thirteenth studio album Get Up and will entertain the crowds with a string of new hits together with such classics as Summer of 69, (Everything I Do) I Do It For You and Run To You.
The Traditional Last Night of the Proms night on Sunday August 7 will see the week-long festival close with West End Proms as a string of West End and Broadway stars including Miss Saigon star Lea Salonga, star of Les Miserable and Phantom of the Opera Ramin Karimloo, musical theatre group Collabro, Olivier Award winner Ruthie Henshall, Chicago star Claire Sweeney, Blackpool musical theatre star Jodie Prenger and Lytham-born rising West End star Lucie Mae Sumner all take to the stage.
Lytham Festival 2016 is looking pretty spectacular and with so much on offer which will appeal to such a wide audience they look forward to presenting a magnificent event.
