Wayside Arts Trail Walk

Come and join Keith Wilson (Forest of Burnley Woodlands Officer) walking the Wayside Arts Trail -an 8 miles medium to hard walk. Meet outside Towneley Hall Gift shop to follow the hard but worth it route through woods and moors to visit the Singing Ringing Tree Panopticon with fine views across the South Pennines. You will need boots, waterproofs, warm clothing and food and drink for the day.
Parking is at Towneley Riverside Car Park ( 80p for the day)
Buses run up Todmorden Road from Burnley Bus station (600 metre walk down through the woods from Bar Wise Picnic site).
