Cathedral church of the Diocese of Lancaster. Fine Neo-Gothic building from 1859. Beautiful triptych above high altar, stained glass windows and baptistery. 240 ft bell tower which can be climbed for panoramic views of Lancaster and Morecambe Bay. Extensively re-ordered 1995. Guided tours available.
