The garden is an oasis on several levels with steps and slopes, lawn, ponds, a woodland walk, stream and a variety of shrubs, trees, vegetables and plants together with accompanying wildlife
This will be the 7th consecutive year that Dawn and Ken Taylor have opened their Rossendale garden, with the invaluable help of friends and family and they have now raised several thousand pounds for local charities.
The garden has been cultivated over many years and currently developing a woodland walk on a steep slope across the stream. Many people come year on year and find there is always something new to see.
The event is an opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones as well as to appreciate the results of many hours of very hard work. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included in the entrance donation and Cream teas and home-propagated plants will be on sale. Please come along, you will be warmly welcomed.
This year all funds will benefit the Rossendale Community First Responders, Heart of Lancashire Save a Life Appeal. Charity No 1066294
