The Inn at Whitewell is a characterful traditional rural inn that's part of the Duchy of Lancaster's estate and sits high on the banks of the River Hodder in the heart of the Forest of Bowland AONB. The multi-award winning Inn at Whitewell offers atmospheric roaring fires during the colder months and alfresco dining with stunning views during summer.
Head chef Jamie Cadman consistently and enthusiastically provides good food using local produce and seasonal ingredients. The kitchen make their own breads, jams, chutneys, marmalade (also available form reception to take home) homemade puddings, granola and muesli and use beef and lamb from the Hodder Valley as well as seasonal game from surrounding shoots.
