Pleasant family run guest house. In a quiet area, between Uncle Toms Cabin and Bispham, where parking is so much easier.

We are overlooking cliffs, lower promenade and 13 miles of sea and sand. From Fleetwood in the north to Lytham in the south. Making easy access to so many areas whether by tram, bus, car or walking. There are local shops close by and we are just 10 minutes walk from shops and restaurants at Bispham.

Very pleasant guest accommodation. Tasteful ounges and bar. Attractive en suite bedrooms. lovely homemade soups, pies and puddings etc.... All making a relaxing and a special place for those who return regularly to the great Fylde Coast.
