The Rossdene House has recently undergone extensive renovation to offer a high standard of accommodation. Situated in the select North Shore area of Blackpool, the establishment is only a ten-minute walk from the town centre and less then two minutes away from the sea front and nearest Tram stop!

The Rossdene offers comfortable and spacious en-suite rooms, with all the facilities you would expect from a quality establishment, including TV & complimentary refreshment trays.

There is no better way to relax after a hard days sightseeing or conferencing then to have a drink in the comfortable lounge bar which has a great selection of refreshments and weather permitting you may even want to be served on our new outside terrace.

The Rossdene offers great flexibility, whether you require just Bed & Breakfast or a simple sandwich during your stay, to a three course evening dinner.

If you are looking to host a small gathering of what ever kind, then we are able to provide catering and of course accommodation to meet your needs.

Road Directions

From Blackpool Airport turn left to Blackpool South Shore, travel up the promenade to the Hilton Hotel. Take first on the right Warley Road and first left into Gynn Avenue.
