Home / Lancashire Hotels & Accommodation / The Old White Horse
This 200-year-old inn is a building of some character, now unlicensed but not alcohol free! It occupies an elevated rural setting overlooking the Rossendale Hills, but is within easy reach of Burnley and the surrounding area having excellent access to both the M65 & M66.
The original bar, along with the rest of the house, has been lovingly restored to combine the comforts of the 21stC with an atmosphere of a different age, delighting all guests.

From Burnley follow the A682 signposted to Rawtenstall and the M66, after 5 miles look out for the Jester pub on the right. Turn left opposite the pub into Goodshaw Avenue (there is a motorcycle shop on the corner). Go up the hill to the T-junction. Turn right, the house is on the left opposite the Church of St Mary and All Saints.
