Offering spectacular views, Tippett Farm is away from the hustle and bustle but only 10 minutes from the motorway. The nearest shops are 0.5 miles away. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles which is secure and free.
The location is ideal for horse riders, mountain bikers and walkers with the Mary Towneley Loop and Pennine Way on the doorstep.
Facilities for children are excellent with plenty to see and do in the area.

Road Directions

At the roundabout follow the signs for A681 Bacup. At 2nd mini roundabout turn first right just after the Royal Hotel onto Cowpe Road.
Head straight on to Carr Lane. Turn right opposite the Buck Inn and do a ‘U’ turn along the front of Brookland Terrace (following the green sign for Top of Leach). Turn left between 2 green garages. We are located 250m over the cattle grid.
