Swans Rest is an exclusive development of five luxury cottages and three lodges, set in eight acres with idyllic landscaped gardens and an orchard with a natural pond and island that is home to resident swans and ducks. The cottages and lodges are conveniently situated 300 feet back from the road, with easy access to the Trough of Bowland, the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales within easy reach of Blackpool, St. Annes and Fleetwood.

Road Directions

From the M6 take junction 32 to the M55. At junction 3 proceed towards Blackpool, turn right onto A585 to junction and lights. Go through next lights and Swans Rest is 400 yds on the left.

A bus stop is approximately 200 yds away with access to Poulton and Blackpool. There is also a train station at Poulton
