Full of character and very well equipped the cottage is situated very close to the popular Rossendale Way in the heart of Lancashire’s Hill Country, making it an excellent base for walkers and ramblers.
This is a good location from which to explore the North West, including wonderful countryside, city centre museums and art galleries, historic houses and pretty villages.
Accommodation: 4 bedrooms – 1 double with en suite shower room, 1 twin with en suite bathroom, 1 with adult size bunk beds, a further double bedroom with connecting door to house bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Lounge and dining kitchen.
Shop: 0.5 mile. Real ale pub: 300yds.
Services: Multi fuel stove in lounge, Rayburn in kitchen providing central heating. Cot, high chair, colour TV, video, DVD player, CD player (with selection of CDs, tapes and videos), gas cooker, automatic washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, freezer. Bed linen included. Parking for 4 cars. Patio with furniture overlooking garden with stream. Well behaved pets welcome, £10 per week payable to owner on arrival.
