As well as the guest lounge and exquisite Art Deco inspired dining room with its impressive spiral staircase, you may enjoy a superb 4-course dinner, cooked using only the freshest ingredients or taking a walk along the may footpaths in the area delighting in the rugged scenery of the Pennines. We have views over 4 counties.

All rooms have been interior designed, include en suite facilities with power showers, heated towel rails and have hairdryer, colour TV, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, bottled water, biscuits, radio alarm, clock, telephone socket and magnificent views. In addition the Hay Loft can accommodate an extra bed and has a wide screen TV and a jacuzzi bath.

Take the M62, jct 20. Take the road to Rochdale and turn left at roundabout and take the 3rd exit at the next. Go through three sets of traffic lights. Take the A671. Turn right after the dual carriageway onto Tonacliffe Road. First right is Highgate Lane, continue to the top past Highgate Farm. Take 2nd left, tarmac drive with small bed & breakfast sign on the fence post.
