Road Directions

From M6 jct 31 - From Clitheroe take the B6243 towards Longridge. Take the right turning after Edisford Bridge Pub, take the next left (signed Chipping). Continue ahead at crossroads. Immediately after bridge over River Hodder turn left (signed Longridge via Birdy Brow). Continue 0.5 mile up steep winding hill. On emerging from trees, Kemple End sign should be visible directly ahead. Take first track to left of sign (footpath sign) past first house on left. Alden Cottage is to right.
