Sea Life Centre

Blackpool SEALIFE Centre is one of the most fantastic underwater adventures to visit. Experience close encounters with an amazing collection of marine and freshwater creatures, including one of the largest collections of tropical sharks in Europe. The centre is also home to a collection of rays, seahorses and even piranhas. Relax in our sea-view cafe whilst younger visitors can explore the soft play area, complete with slide and ball pit. Feeding demonstrations throughout the day provide insight into the marvels of the marine world.

New for 2008! Suckers - Enjoy a privileged peek into the wondrous world of octopuses and their relatives. These blue-blooded, eight-limbed creatures are the Einsteins of the oceans, believed to rival the average pet pooch in the intelligence stakes. The Giant Pacific Octopus is the star of this new feature, colour-shifting cuttlefish and prehistoric nautilus are also featured. Prepare to be astounded!
