Golden Lion

The pub is reputed to have been the last drinking place of hte Pendle Witches in 1612. The present building is a mere 200 years old, but it is included in the Pendle Trail. An open mike night is held ever Tuesday, which is very popular with local wannabe artistes. Pie and Peas are served at weekends, and the pub may stay open later if busy.
