The New President Hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location on the North Promenade within easy access to The Winter Gardens and the town centre with both bus and tram stops directly outside running regularly to The Pleaseure Beach, Cleveleys and Fleetwood.

The President has a passenger lift servicing all floors, car parking facilities to the front and side elevation.. Entertainment is on each evening which caters for all tastes in the Kennedy Suite or we have our Resident Lounge Bar ‘Rhetts’ for our more reserved guests. The hotel has a wonderful sun lounge overlooking the Irish Sea supporting the only view in Blackpool to give both the illuminations and tower together forming a magical scene.

Following an extensive program we have now refurbished most of our bedrooms to a modern design. Some have spa baths, others having step in showers and we have just finished three specially adapted bathroom suites with walk in wet rooms, ideal for our disabled visitors. The bedrooms are all en-suite with colour televisions, many with plasma TV’s, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and radio alarms and direct dial telephones. We have two luxury suites available to offer, The President Suite with it’s own private sea view lounge, four poster beds and double spa bath, TV, hairdryer and trouser press. Also The Washington Suite with a modern contemporary design and power shower. Several Executive Rooms available on request.

The Atlanta Restaurant is the gem of The New President Hotel with the stunning surroundings overlooking The Irish Sea. Completely refurbished to a very high standard to give our guests the ultimate dining experience. Taste fabulous food cooked to perfection by our Head Chef Mr Phillip Whittle.
