The King Edward is situated just off Queens Promenade in a popular area of North Shore away from the noise and hustle of the Town Centre. The sea is only a 150yard walk with the famous tramway running along the Promenade is convenient for visiting the Illuminations, Tower, Theatres, Central Shopping Area and Winter Gardens. All bedrooms are en-suite, individually styled comfortably furnished with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, a selection of toileteries, colour television, radio alarms and full central heating. Bar snacks and sandwiches are available during the evening. The Sun lounge is a popular meeting place - relax with tea or coffee served at your table. The bright and elegant dining room is the venue for home cooking prepared from the finest quality fresh meat and vegetables. We serve a generous traditional English breakfast, between 09.00am and 09.30am. An optional Evening Dinner, with a choice menu is served between 5.00pm and 5.30pm.
