Nestled at the foot of Pendle, the Calf's Head has become a very popular Ribble Valley location to eat, sleep, meet and even get married. Since buying it in 1998, the current owners continue to give it their personal attention.
The hotel has eleven en-suite bedrooms furnished to a high standard, with one spacious deluxe room offering a dress bed, interior stone wall, and double Jacuzzi in the bathroom, not forgetting stunning views across our extensive gardens and over Pendle Hill.
Calf's Head dining is as varied as most could wish. The extensive menu is served in the dining room, the 'Glass House', with views over Pendle. Weather permitting, dinner is served on the decking over the stream or in the garden itself. On Sunday you can enjoy a three course carvery from 12-3pm. Facilities exist for private parties and functions.
